Return and Refund Policy

Memberships are non-refundable 

Event registrations are non-refundable. However, we understand that extenuating circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend, you may request approval to transfer your ticket to another individual. Additionally, if the event has a waitlist and your spot can be filled, we will issue a refund.

For ticket transfers or refund inquiries, please contact [insert contact information]. Approval is required for all ticket transfers and refunds due to waitlist fulfillment.

 Memberships are non-refundable and remain with the individual or company that purchased them. If an employee is no longer with the company that holds the membership, the membership may be transferred to another individual within the same organization.
